Inclusive Living Solutions is a DBHDS-licensed Sponsored Residential Provider in Hampton, Virginia, dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through compassionate, person-centered care in a home-based setting. We provide 24-hour residential support that promotes independence, safety, dignity, and meaningful community inclusion. Our program is led by a Master’s-prepared Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical and caregiving experience. Our team also includes experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), QDDPs, and a committed leadership staff with over a decade of success in sponsored residential care. Our individualized services include: *Personal care support with ADLs and IADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, housekeeping) *Medication administration and health monitoring, including G-Tube care *Coordination of medical, psychiatric, and therapy appointments *Skill-building activities tailored to each person’s Individual Support Plan (ISP) *Behavioral support plans developed and delivered with care *Transportation to community events, social outings, and religious services *Family-style meals, celebrations, and inclusive daily routines We accept individuals who are 18 or older, have a diagnosis of an intellectual or developmental disability, and are enrolled in the Virginia Community Living (CL) Waiver.
