The Inclusive Security Collective Initiative (or iSCI) in the context of national security and classified information, refers to "SCI read-on" gaining access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). This initiative aims to explore the vested interests of various institutions from a perspective of racial equity and access. The initiative is dedicated to discussing our community's collective security posture, with a focus on convening, discussing, and viewing issues related to national security, domestic policy, international affairs, and foreign policy through the lens of racial equity. One of our primary objectives is to develop inclusive solutions that effectively address evolving strategic threats while empowering historically underserved and underrepresented communities. We are committed to fostering active participation and leadership from the Black community members in crucial conversations, policies, think tanks, business opportunities, initiatives, and other areas that shape how strategic competitors perceive, engage with, partner, and challenge the U.S. the Inclusive Security Collective Initiative (iSCI) is an organization created to develop, engage, and provide solutions for an inclusive defense industrial base amongst other areas of focus. The iSCI four priorities are: Creating Professional Pathways in Domestic and National Security (Addressing Talent Management Gaps) Increasing Access and Entry into an Inclusive Defense Industrial Base as a method toward Economic Equity Investing and Understanding Emerging Technology Impact and Threat Analysis (HBCU UARC) Amplifying Expert Recommendations on National Security Legislation One of our primary objectives is to develop inclusive solutions that effectively address evolving strategic threats while empowering and creating investment strategies in historically underserved and underrepresented communities and institutions. iSCI ensures that Access is Granted.
