Commissioning & Start-up Management From concept to performance testing, integration of Commissioning and Start-Up (C&SU) activities throughout a project lifecycle is critical to ensure success. We are able to provide management and technical expertise for C&SU to ensure that your project accounts for the C&SU requirements at the design stage to prevent changes during construction and delays during the final stages of the project. Our Process Our goal is to create processes that build on what you already have in place and how you do your work today, we don’t reinvent your wheel. Our goal is to understand your process in as much detail as possible and ensure that the documented process reflects your current activities before we start looking for improvements. Our Team Incremental Projects is led by Nelson Hein who has over 15 years of progressive management experience executing mission critical projects including nearly 10 years leading the Commissioning and Start-Up (C&SU) practice at a major north american midstream organization. While there he developed and implemented the organization’s C&SU processes. Nelson excels at generating value for organizations through process improvement and is trained in implementation of ISO based management systems.
