The mentor service provides advice, shares knowledge and experiences. The mentor teaches using self-discovery approach, freely sharing own experiences and skills with the person mentored. The mentor is the source of information/knowledge and a questioner. Management interim replacement service is a short-term assignment of an executive manager to manage for a period of transition, crisis or change within an organisation. Non-Executive service ensures that the firm is governed properly; e.g complies with the right laws and regulations, strategies are robust, that stakeholder interests are protected and subjected to the appropriate due diligence, e.g. in the case of M&A. Informal and formal networking is provided as a complementary service to the other services to build stronger business relationships and for personal growth.
