About Independent Creatives

Independent Creatives is an award-winning creative team with extensive experience writing, producing and directing campaign ideas for the world’s biggest brands. We use empathy to create authentic and original content that speaks directly to the audience with a voice they understand. Producing memorable messages that provoke emotional responses is how we make positive changes to behaviour and grow meaningful connections between people and brand. At the core of our team is Nicole Quinton and Simon Beckett. Nicole has directed award winning promos, commercials, music videos and branded content across the world. As an Art Director and Creative Director (ABC2, ABC3 & Kids) Nicole has pursued her love of aesthetic communication through ongoing studies in art and design. Simon has a background in broadcast branding and has worked on the creation, launch and development of several household brand names as well as managing and nurturing the teams behind them. Simon has a love of innovative storytelling and is an experienced copywriter and versatile director. We do good work for good people. Independent Creatives are passionate about working with purpose led organisations, not-for-profits and ethical and sustainable brands. Our aim is to make the world a better and fairer place to live. We want our children to see us as part of the solution, not part of the problem.
