About Independent Living Partners
Our Focus Independent Living Partners LLC is a home and community-based social services agency. We provide PCA, 245D, and Housing Stabilization Services both at home and in the community. We serve a diverse clientele with various cultural backgrounds, including people with disabilities and mental health challenges. We believe that Independent Living Partners' role is to support our clients in achieving greater independence and living fulfilling and meaningful lives at home and in the community. We have a growing PCA and IHS program, and it is our mission to provide excellent and experienced staff. We take pride in our team and value our staff as essential members. We also believe that supporting both our staff and clients is equally important. We do this to ensure stable staffing for our clients and to create strong connections between clients and practitioners.
