As a leading independent mortgage brokerage, we have access to the whole mortgage market and often have access to exclusive deals, sometimes, only available to the independent broker. We maintain our knowledge of the market, with the support from our mortgage monitoring system which informs our advisers within minutes of new mortgage deals becoming available. We are happy to meet our clients at our new office in Lymington, in the comfort of their home or at their place of work. Our aim is to establish a long term relationship with our clients, continually providing independent advice. We offer a professional approach with a personal touch and efficient service with the aim of providing the most competitive mortgage arrangements for our clients. Simon has been working within the financial services industry since, 1996, initially with Barclays Financial Services and then in 2000, he left the Barclays Group and became an Independent Financial Advisor. He is fully qualified in mortgage advice and holds the industry recognised qualification CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice). He also holds the Financial Planning Certificate. Feeling that the mortgage market was becoming ever increasingly complex and that the consumer had more and more options, he decided to become a specialist in the area of financial services he knew best, mortgages. He has been working exclusively in the mortgage market since 2002.
