We are committed to inspiring individuals, couples and families in finding balance and excitement for life. We achieve this through a holistic approach that includes effective therapy with an emphasis on skills for overcoming obstacles and building resilience. The group practice has an emphasis on trauma therapy, anxiety therapy and couples counseling. Our therapists are highly skilled in modalities such as EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, DBT and more to provide our clients with the best care. AVAILABLE THERAPY SERVICES We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and group therapy services. We also offer EMDR Intensives (2-3 hour sessions). The frequency of therapy services varies depending on your unique needs and goals. ADDITIONAL SERVICES We offer various supplemental services such as Mind-Body Skills Groups and HeartMath. WHAT IS RESILIENCE? Resilience includes skills such as self-awareness, self-care, social connectedness, adapting to change, and developing a sense of purpose. Indiana Counseling & Resilience Center is a safe place for people of all ages, ethnicities, genders, cultures, religions, sexual orientations and walks of life. We serve clients and families living in and near Indianapolis, Zionsville, Speedway, Brownsburg, Avon, Plainfield, Mooresville, Southport, Beech Grove and Greenwood.
