Established in 2012 by Luke Pearson, IndigenousX is a 100% Indigenous owned and operated media, consultancy, and training organisation. IndigenousX believes in the principles of self-determination and works to effect change by upholding Indigenous knowledges, voices and ways of being. Our cultural safety, cultural diversity and anti-racism training programs are designed to fully immerse participants in the flow of the day by keeping them engaged with interesting and challenging content, plenty of opportunities for group work and problem solving, as well as creating a safe and respectful atmosphere that encourages honest questions and personal reflections. The IndigenousX Website features stories and articles by First Nations writers, academics and creatives from across the nation and abroad. These stories amplify issues and celebrates Blak excellence. On average, IX receives 670k monthly impressions across our site and socials, and is widely known and respected across many communities and professions, including arts, media, academia, leadership, health and education. Through our recruitment platform, employers are able to reach qualified Indigenous talent. We’re currently looking for new job-listings to grow this area of our Indigenous business.
