About Individual Support Solutions
Individual Support Solutions Ltd (ISS) provides 24 hour Social Care Services for people with a learning disability. What we provide: Day Opportunities Support including building based Day Opportunities in Rugby and Nuneaton Community Hub Service's (on behalf of Warwickshire County Council) in Rugby and Nuneaton and North Warwickshire Supported Living Services Short Breaks Services Training and employment opportunities Building Based Day Opportunities Support: 9am - 4pm, 6 days a week in Nuneaton and Rugby. We provide a wide range of activities, workshops and courses including: educational, leisure, work, keeping safe and developing independent living skills. Community Based Day Opportunities Support: 8am - 10.30pm, 7 days a week, in Rugby, Nuneaton, Bedworth and North Warwickshire. We provide support with travel training, to access community facilities and be part of community groups and projects. Community Hub Services: are operated in Nuneaton, Rugby and the Atherstone area's. This is a FREE information and sign-posting service for people with learning disabilities and their families/carers. Supported Living: We provide support to people who live in their own homes from 3 hours a week up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can provide sleeping in staff or waking night staff. The support can include assistance with shopping, cooking, household management, finances, accessing health and medical services and community facilities. All our staff: Recieve comprehensive mandatory training, and specialist training as required. Are DBS checked.
