About Industrial Autolube International Inc
We design, sell, install and service the Dropsa line of automated lubrication systems for industrial applications. Our specialties are sawmilling and other forestry related applications, also oilfield service equipment like Frac, Cementing, Blenders, etc and Wireline applications. We also have designed the Hydro-Glide line of SawGuide Lubrication System that mixes water and oil to cool and lubricate the saws in a Gang Saw or Board Edger application that is unique to us. Utilizing water proportional valves, flow meters and Variable Frequency Drives to control the oil pumps. All information of flow and volumes are displayed on an HMI (touch screen) to show values in realtime. Our Oilfield Systems are unique in that the systems will monitor themselves for flow and alarm if any issue that prevents the lubricant from being dispensed occurs. This will advise the operators of any issues that can cause damage or downtime ahead of this, so it can be dealt with immediately. Our systems also dispense grease, which is much more likely to stay put, and not require re-lubrication as often. This is a tremendous operating cost savings as seen by many of our customers.
