Industrial Insight was started to help people – help companies and their bottom line and as importantly, if not more so, help the people in the companies we serve with their day to day jobs and make them feel more productive and impactful through the intelligent use of data. We believe that companies who treat data as an asset will always thrive, even in the face of a difficult economy, or even with stiff competition. Insight: noun 1.an instance of apprehending the true nature of a thing, especially through intuitive understanding. 2.penetrating mental vision or discernment; faculty of seeing into inner character or underlying truth We strive to always help our customers learn things they may not know or that they might just suspect about their business. There are lots of companies out there who can take data and shape it, make it look pretty in all types of ways, and put it in an easy to read format. However, how many companies do you know that truly try to understand your business and help you shape your data in such a way that it teaches you more than you already knew about your business? That is our mission – help our customers get insight into their business from the work we do. We must take data and turn it into information, information into knowledge, knowledge into action, and ultimately action into dollars. We work tirelessly to understand all of the technology available so that we can deliver the best quality work in the shortest time possible. It is our goal to see the big picture in a data strategy and show our customers how all of the pieces of the strategy will work together to accomplish the goals we mutually set out to achieve. If we can’t be the experts in a certain technology that is part of the overall strategy ourselves, we will partner with those who are. This way, we ensure that we can deliver solutions that no one else on the planet can deliver.
