Founded in 1967, Industrial Spring Corporation of Kansas City is a custom manufacturer of high quality mechanical springs and formed metal products, located in a newly expanded 25,000 sq. ft. facility in Riverside, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City. In 1991 we began the process of becoming an employee owned company through an ESOP program, (Employee Stock Ownership Program). The company became 100% employee owned in 2006. Every employee, from the person that quotes your requirement, to the person that ships your completed order and everyone in between, is an owner and has a direct stake in your satisfaction as a customer. We feel that this gives our customers an added benefit not found with many of our competitors.
