About Indy Community Yoga
Indy Community Yoga is dedicated to supporting those who make life better for everyone in the Indianapolis area -- good neighbors, social change activists, educators, and caregivers. Our programs create spaces where we can heal together, hear each other, and work together towards a just, kind, and peaceful world for everyone. We offer: -Free community yoga, meditation, and relational mindfulness practices every Monday through Saturday -Community Action Days, regular group volunteer service events in connection with other local nonprofits -Social co-working, reading and writing groups, and skills building. -Voter registration, educating people on rules and procedures for voting, and how to obtain a copy of their ballot early to prepare for voting (in election years) -Teacher and facilitator training
