We are a Real Estate Agency, focused on attracting and accompanying international buyers, especially French, Russians, Brazilians Chinese and Arabs. We search for flats, houses, and all kind of properties on behalf of our international Buyers. We are focused in the real estate market of Lisbon and Cascais with a singular approach, Real Estate Hunter / Flat Hunter / Buyer´s Agents: we differentiate by filling in an existing gap in the Portuguese market regarding the defense of real estate buyers interests, as buyer’s agents. We provide a full accompanying service from the property research phase to the closing of the sale, negotiating on their behalf. This is our Unique Selling Proposition. Due to the agencies partners mixed backgrounds, experiences and nationalities (Portuguese and French), it is possible to combine a thorough Lisbon real estate market knowledge with an international buyer’s perspective in our main target at the moment: the French Buyers, but more broadly international customers. We are specialized in premium or traditional cities of Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril and Sintra, having in our own portfolio some selected properties that usually fulfill the expectations of our international customers, properties used to guide clients through a first research in the real estate market, allowing us to exhibit concrete examples of what can be presently found.
