Brief Description Infinite Horizons is a certified New York State and City Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Real Estate Development firm founded in 2007 by Roland and Randall Powell. Since, Infinite Horizons inception, Roland and Randall have been committed to their development as principals of the organization, as well as the strategic growth of the organization, with an aspiration to become 21st century leaders in affordable housing. Furthermore, they believe in the social justice mission associated with the development of affordable housing to create safe, quality and ecologically sound housing for the residents in the communities in which they serve. In response to the housing concerns in New York City, Infinite Horizons has developed a comprehensive housing strategy called the Reinvestment and Management Plan, this business plan aligns with Mayor’s Housing Plan goal of developing over 200,000 units of affordable housing over the next 10 years, on underutilized vacant lots and through the preservation of existing buildings throughout the City. Our goal is to help develop properties owned by banks, faith based organizations, nonprofits or the City into affordable housing that will provide safe and decent housing for the community. Furthermore, Infinite Horizons, LLC believes this plan will help to stabilize the neighborhoods where these properties are located. The business plan aims to responsibly revitalize properties that have been abandoned and neglected due to disinvestment to offset anticipated problems such as vandalism, illegal building conversions, tax issues and the general deterioration of communities. Infinite Horizons is a real estate firm that services include real estate development, property management and construction as well as construction management.
