InfoSENTRY is a privately held corporation located in Raleigh, NC, formed in 1994. Our business practice focuses on several functional areas of information technology (IT) consulting: Strategic planning Needs assessments and requirements analysis RFP development and distribution process Project management and project recovery Contract negotiation and contract management Project quality assurance and performance audits Independent verification and validation Systems and users acceptance testing Risk assessment and mitigation Security planning and management Disaster recovery planning, management, and audit Business continuity planning, management, and audit Our business model in these consulting areas is to form a team of our staff, external consultants as needed, and our client’s staff members to work on a discrete project. Our approach is to structure an achievable, limited duration project. We assist our clients in solving a problem or defining an opportunity, forming a “hot team” for the opportunity, and celebrating a successful conclusion. InfoSENTRY’s clients are primarily in the public sector.
