Infrastructure Engineering Inc. (IEI) is a majority African American-owned, full-service civil engineering firm with nearly 200 talented professionals and offices in Chicago, Indianapolis, Peoria, Detroit, New York, Newark, Houston, and Atlanta. IEI is MBE and DBE certified. We deliver civil and structural engineering solutions for complex highway, roadway, streetscape, bridge, water management, mass transit, and airport projects. IEI provides design engineering, program management, and construction engineering and inspection services. We began as a two-person office in 1998, and since then we have grown to partner with our clients on vital and high-profile projects, earning a reputation for INGENUITY.
