At InHouse Patent Counsel, LLC, we provide exceptional legal advice at a cost that biotech companies can afford and venture capital firms will appreciate. Too often, biotech companies do not always need, nor can they afford, to employ a full time Chief Patent Counsel. At InHouse Patent Counsel, we will act as a company’s Chief Patent Counsel (without becoming an employee) but on financial terms that are flexible and agreeable to all. For example, projects can be charged on either on an hourly basis, a monthly retainer, or an alternative fee arrangement. This flexibility in cost structure allows us to focus on developing comprehensive and successful IP strategies, rather than worrying about excessively high legal bills.
