Examples of advisory & managerial services we provide: - Building high-performing computational biology teams (contractor and/or FTE) that follow best practices for collaborative development. - Establishing academic and CRO partnerships to obtain patient samples and validate target discovery platforms. - Advising on platform & product strategy, data, and content for investor and partner presentations.
