About Inland SoCal Housing Collective
OUR MISSION The Inland SoCal Housing Collective (ISCHC) advances collaborative strategies and innovative solutions to create and preserve safe, decent, and affordable housing in the Inland Empire. We support renters, homebuyers, homeowners, and individuals experiencing homelessness through education, advocacy, and resource access. By partnering with stakeholders, we work to expand housing opportunities, promote policies, and build sustainable communities across San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. ISCHC drives impact through advocacy, partnerships, education, and innovative housing solutions. Our Collective Priorities are housed within our working pillars. 1- Educate & Advocate for Public Policy- Advocate for local, state, and federal policies that expand affordable housing opportunities in the Inland Empire, including funding programs. 2- Wealth Building and Preservation- Support housing stability through wealth-building strategies that expand financial access and build regional resources. 3- Expansion of Housing Solutions- Develop and explore innovative housing strategies, projects, and programs that increase the housing supply and affordability in the region. 4- Increasing Regional Involvement- Build cross-sector partnerships to align regional housing efforts and foster collaboration. BankOn Inland SoCal Coalition- Ensures there is access to safe and affordable bank and credit union accounts. OUR WORK The ISCHC works across the Inland Empire, collaborating with over 300 members, including developers, nonprofits, financial institutions, local governments, health organizations, and faith-based groups. We serve urban, suburban, and rural communities, ensuring that renters, homebuyers, homeowners, and individuals experiencing homelessness have access to safe, affordable housing. Through strategic partnerships and advocacy, we address housing challenges and support policies that foster community development and thriving neighborhoods.
