We are a boutique medico-legal agency that provides specialist support primarily to solicitors handling clinical negligence and/or catastrophic serious injury claims. We support solicitors with their claims in 3 ways: 1️⃣ Sourcing & Managing Medical Experts. Solicitors need high-calibre independent medical experts to verify that their clients have a case. These experts could be doctors, surgeons, nurses, midwives or any other medical professional. We find great medical experts in whichever specialist field the solicitor’s looking for and support both the expert and the solicitor in providing a report in a timely fashion. 2️⃣ Pagination Services. Solicitors need to obtain the claimant’s medical history and records from hospitals. These records also need sorting before they’re sent to a medical expert to review. We request those documents for solicitors and process them correctly. 3️⃣ Diagnostics & Treatment Medical experts often recommend that claimants undergo extra testing or psychological and/or physical treatment. We arrange these diagnostics and treatment sessions for the claimants. We handle 1,000s of complex reports every year.
