About Inner Destinations

Do you feel frustrated and stressed because your life is out of balance? Is anxiety keeping you awake at night? Are you struggling with a health or weight issue? That’s why we created our unique Holistic Health Retreats for Body, Mind & Spiritual Balance. They will help you let go of old mental programming that holds you back, in any area of your life, and start rebuilding your life with confidence and joy. We created these retreats out of our own life experiences that included frustration around health and weight, anxieties, loss of jobs and faith, and the death of loved ones. Deep exploration of ancient and modern techniques helped us put the pieces back, to create a sense of wholeness. Through this journey, we created beautiful week-long programs that draw upon Nature as the stage for our healing experiences. During these week long events some of the tools we teach are: Pilates, Meridian Tapping, Qigong, Sports Bio-mechanics - including posture and stride analysis and retraining. We are passionate about passing on these valuable tools.
