About Inner Flame
What we do Inner Flame is a youth development charity. We inspire and empower young people. We offer training programmes and mentoring for 16-25 year olds to help them to discover their potential, build confidence and move towards employment. We work to support their wellbeing, particularly around managing anxiety. We are a delivery partner for The Prince's Trust in Swindon, delivering Team - a 12-week full time course for people aged 16-25 who are unemployed. We are looking for young people who are willing to challenge themselves, suppport others, and who want to change something about themselves or their lives. Our trainers and coaches help participants to see their options, to make positive choices, to set personal goals, and to take action towards them.
