The Authentic Leadership Program (ALP) has been created as a living program that will customize to the organization that has the privilege of taking this opportunity to align their organization from Janitor to CEO to their mission statement/ credo. This is an adventure of self-understanding, for each individual, within these brave organizations to truly align as individuals and as an organization. With ALP, you will have the opportunity to move from a reactive state of being to a responsive state of being. Through our individual Human Recovery Program (HRP), every active participant will find their purpose within themselves. They will find their passion and discover their infinite capacity for self-forgiveness. They will experience such an impactful shift that it will ripple positivity throughout all of their interactions. Spirituality, for our use, is the journey of self-understanding, throughout these phases there will be growth of emotional capacity and understanding, mental clarity and spiritual depth. Each program will take you through 4 phases: Awareness Acknowledgment Acceptance Allowance These phases will include full and complete exercises to develop a level of self-understanding unparalleled by other programs and there will be consistent work to do throughout.
