We create a sense of community through peer supervision, team meetings, facilitated discussions, twice yearly workshops, a Slack group, an informal buddy system for new psychologists and social events including a book club! // Our Support Team are the heartbeat of our practice. They take care of most reception and administration duties and in the words of our psychologists are “invaluable” // All of our processes and policies have been given significant consideration and facilitate the smooth running of our practice. Ethics and client-centred decision making are at the core of what we do // We provide beautifully appointed, professional consulting rooms // We believe that work-life balance is essential. Our therapists control their caseload and our team only see between four and six clients each day // We offer a hybrid model where you set your own client fees. If you see clients from home on Telehealth our service fee is 35%, or from our clinic space, our fee is 40.5%. // Instead of having our fingers in lots of different pies, we stick to what we do best – providing high quality psychological therapy to adults and couples, and supervision to external psychologists.
