About Inner Rock Group

The Inner Rock Group was developed based on a deep desire to see more women in leadership positions. Our goal is to both inspire and empower women and girls to step into their leadership. We believe that it is never too early to invest in leadership, and it is never too late to be empowered and lead to your highest potential. We offer coaching services for executives, high potentials, groups/teams, and younger leaders. We also offer specific coaching services for leadership and resilience. We offer consulting services to assist organizations to create a more inclusive environment in their culture. This is a tailored approach that helps identify the root of the issue, options available to move the organization forward towards your goal, establishing an infrastructure for an inclusive culture, implementation and measurement, and focus on behavioral change and addressing points of resistance. We create both original and custom professional development programs and facilitate training or train-the-trainer sessions to assist with your learning needs. We also offer off-the-shelf programming that is available live, virtually, or online for self-directed, self-paced users. All of our programming is available for individuals, bulk users, or on a subscription basis. We also offer custom retreats and experiences to meet your specific goals and include in-body learning for memory muscle recall. Our retreats and experiences are curated for specific learning and growth and provide the learners with skills and techniques to take with them to reinforce the learning. We are available to help you facilitate your own professional development programs and material. We are also available to speak at your events whether that is for breakout session or for a keynote. We also specialize in working with young women starting from Middle School through College level. We offer summer camps, retreats and experiences, and training.
