Each Pendant, regardless if I created it or not, is custom programmed to shift multiple energy patterns. Energy patterns can hold many things in place such as pain, illness, addiction, life difficulties, emotions such as shame, as well as instabilities. I have found that some energy patterns can be very large. If an individual were to have an in person session that would last about one and a half hours, with a large energy pattern, it can end up being a little too much. For this reason, I no longer do in person sessions. I have discovered the in person sessions do serve the best interest of the individual that is recieving. The pendants is a solid piece that is somewhat time released making it much more gentle to process. When an energy pattern holds something in place, sometimes it can also trap other emotions. As long as one or more energy patterns hold something in place, it is difficult for one's body to correct itself. As human beings, it is our nature to create energy patterns, for example, sometimes we can create them with coping skills, or behaviours that do not serve us, many of which we do because we need some sort of safety. Then we hold on to them for much too long even though we do not need them to feel safe anymore. Inner Shifting Pendants make excellent personalized gifts!
