About Inner Vision Yoga
Inner VisionYoga has two studios in the East Phoenix Valley, serving the communities of Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek and East Phoenix. We also offer four classes each week at the Nature Center at Usery Mountain Park. In addition to more than 100 yoga classes each week for students of all levels, we also offer both a Nationally Recognized 200 hour and 300 hour Teacher Trainings registered with Yoga Alliance and Arizona State Post-Secondary Education. Our yoga classes include Level 1 and Level 1-2, Yin Yang Flow, Heated, Restorative, Yin & Yin Relax, Kundalini, Kids Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Baby n Mommy Yoga. We also offer Healing Emphasis Yoga!
