InnerAlly develops mobile apps that improve mental wellness. We start with research literature in positive psychology that has shown how to help people to thrive mentally and emotionally. We use our extensive interactive design experience to develop daily practice mobile apps that leverage this research and therapeutic methods. We make it easy and fun for users to improve their own emotional wellbeing and performance in key areas, including: 1) Resilience in the face of change 2) Creativity and innovation 3) Better quality interpersonal relationships, and 4) Lower Anxiety and Depression. InnerAlly gives corporations a wellness tool designed to be proactive in the mental health space. Currently, our health care system only addresses mental health after it becomes a crisis. As a result, employers pay up to 4 times more [NAMI, 2010] in absences, disability, and lost productivity due to mental health issues compared to a physical illness.
