At Innermost, we appreciate that the pressures and expectations that young women face are growing and becoming more and more detrimental to their health and wellbeing. There is a mental health and self-esteem crisis amongst young women in today’s society and we want to do something about it. We create simple practices that allow women to connect back to their Innermost selves amidst the busyness of life. Our rituals are acts of self-love that allow the cultivation of not only physical strength but also mental and emotional strength that equip young women to handle the challenges they face.
