About Innersee Initiatives
Innersee is an organization development and change management consulting firm based in Waterloo, Ontario. We focus on Employee Experience, Team & Group Development, Leadership, Culture Transformation, and Organizational Transitions. Our work is influenced by a diverse theoretical foundation and utilizes a participant driven model. Our consulting services and programs cover a wide range of content from our areas of focus, allowing our clients to experience custom designed interventions to meet the needs of the individual, the team, and the organization. InnerSee operates under a collective business model. We have developed a network of professionals from various fields and areas of expertise, allowing us to customize our team to best address the needs of any client. For over 20 years, InnerSee has been providing team and group development programs to organizations across all industries. Our approach includes working with teams to co-create experiences that allow participants to explore their processes - or how they interact with one another - to improve performance including communication, trust, decision-making, and underlying assumptions. In 2017, InnerSee began expanding our areas of focus to include organization development, such as employee experience, culture, change and leadership. Using an experiential learning model, our clients have memorable experiences that are debriefed using a process that encourages reflection on the experience and creates new ways of thinking or acting. We find that this approach is not only applicable to team and group development, but also an effective way to guide our work in all of our areas of focus.
