We are a practitioner-led London-based consultancy focusing on helping organisations improve their risk management capability to maximise its contribution to decision making, performance and strategic delivery. We help organisations define their risk profile and recommend practical approaches how to optimise it. Providing new insight into the dynamics of key risk drivers prevalent within the business is a by-product of this exercise. We benchmark the existing risk management framework, key risk processes within the risk management cycle and the risk systems used against best practice. As required, we may `assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and analytics used, or work with risk owners to ensure that the key risk indicators and tolerances suitably capture all key risk exposures and are well aligned with the enterprise-wide risk appetite, Overall, we have established a proven track record in developing, enhancing and embedding practical risk management and control frameworks, processes and reporting across multiple client functions and locations. Additionally, we have extensive experience in reviewing and optimising business processes and controls capability, identifying opportunities for operating model efficiencies and delivering or accelerating remediation action plans or the closure of open risk, compliance and audit issues. If required, we provide guidance on the documentation of risk management policies, principles and standards. and deliver risk management training. We operate a unique business model, whereby we let clients determine our remuneration following the submission of the agreed deliverables.
