InnerViews is a Toronto-based research firm dedicated to uncovering how customers think. The firm uses metaphor based research to uncover deep insights that build brands and business. The firm was founded by seasoned marketing strategists and storytellers who pride themselves on developing compelling narratives that help organizations turn insights into action. The challenges tackled include; unearthing brand DNA, inspiring customer segmentation, informing customer experience, optimizing positioning and creative ,as well as stimulating innovation. InnerViews has for over fifteen years, been using the science of metaphor in qualitative research to unlock the values and emotions that trigger behaviour . In 2013 the firm became the Canadian licensee of Meta4 Insight, an elegant and engaging online survey tool that facilitates conducting metaphor elicitation quantitatively.
