The aim of this project is threefold: Define the purpose and values of the organisation with contribution from all MB teams (board, players, operations, coaching staff, volunteers). Development in individuals participating by providing the framework and tools for better dialogue and increased self-awareness, especially in high stakes. Define and implement the ecology needed to support the living organisational values, from practices, to processes and policies. As part on the ongoing advisory capacity, continue to consult on organisational development needs, including ongoing developmental program for the younger athletes. 2. Organisational development consultant in corporate teams, engaged to design and execute developmental program to: Improve self-awareness, communication, team dynamics and ultimately team productivity and performance, using the structural dynamics communication model. Executive/developmental coaching of individuals in the team. Services offered include: -Developing and executing programs, courses and workshops designed for the specific organisational and team needs to positively shift behaviour, engagement and performance at the executive, management and operational levels. -One on one Leadership, Performance, Communication, Mindset and Equanimity coaching for all levels. -Facilitating interventions to help identify and address dysfunction and conflict.
