Founded in 2010 in Barcelona, Spain, by HR professionals who wanted to offer the same level of service that they would have liked to find as clients, inNEWay even then inadvertently anticipated several trends, because it made sense and could help make things better. Trying another way of doing things is often free, the main cost is overcoming laziness and the return is the satisfaction of exploring new paths, added to a possible great success that benefits everyone and when the latter is not achieved, it simply needs going back to what works. Nothing more, nothing less. That is why inNEWay was one of the first consultancies to offer Career Coaching services in Spain through role play interviews. It was also one of the first to actively and constantly demand ethics in recruitment and to create an ethical manifesto, defending a change in company processes and showing herself as a model of ethical selection. And against many prejudices, in 2010, it promoted videoconference interviews as a quality option for talent selection without geographical limits, establishing itself as a successful example of nomad work.
