At InnovateK12 we provide AI-driven data analytics and software tools to K12 schools and Higher Ed institutions, transforming the way they operationalize with their communities. We are reimagining the Strategic Planning process, in terms of efficiency, speed, and cost, reducing the amount of time it takes to plan, engage, obtain data, and craft the plan. We are making our tools and resources available to all districts—including the eight out of ten districts nationwide that currently do not have access to a viable Strategic Planning partner and process. We've also democratized Strategic Planning through our proprietary use of AI and our ability to provoke and inspire, and then transform, critical stakeholder voice into cogent, insightful data, effectively moving Strategic Planning from an episodic process to a cyclical and dynamic process. This is also true for a district’s adjacent initiatives that we classify as District Improvement, including but not limited to, Facilities Management, Continuous Improvement/Progress Monitoring, School Improvement, and Portrait of a Graduate. One of our key goals is to help solve one of the biggest challenges in K12 education today: the epic leadership churn that has resulted in nearly 50% turnover costing $2 billion since 2021. Better strategic planning and district improvement leads to sustained leadership which research has correlated to enhanced Student Performance.
