It has been developed while Dr. Alamri was in Canada where he earned his Neurology specialty & Neuropathic pain/Headache & Stroke sub-specialties. He has also earned a degree in management (MBA) with focus in Finance and PMP certificate. The model has been implemented first in King Abdullah Medical City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Then it was adopted by Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia and became a national project. The model was rolled out in all the medical cities in Saudi Arabia (King Fahad Medical City, King Fahad Specialist Hospital, King Faisal & Prince Mohammed bin AbdulAziz medical cities). Innovation & Corporate Integration model, also called Honeycomb business model is a disruptive business model innovation that introduces the concept of innovation and integration in institutions (with focus on Healthcare & Education). It is called "Innogration" by the founder. It blends the concepts of learning organization, cost containment, and efficiency in one pot. The outcomes include increase in the patient & staff engagement and satisfaction, increase in the overall organizational efficiency, with the introduction of new innovative services, processes and products.
