Innovation is a programme and projects delivery adviser to Large Power Users, Power Utilities and EPC Power Contractors in the UK and Asia. We have 35+ years of establishment. LARGE POWER USERS: Provision of combined power and water, hydrogen based, security strategies (2025-2040). See Blackrock investment report ‘Troubled Waters’ (Available as download) which identifies possible water shortages in UK South by 2030. An example of our work in this area includes a study for a manufacturing group with over 25 factories worldwide assessing non-electrolytically derived hydrogen for power and water independence. POWER UTILITIES: We are currently retained as strategic consultants for a large Asian group on a key UK hydrogen fuel programme. Previously, we have trained entire programme delivery teams for major UK power providers and defined/re-defined time & cost constrained developments. EPC POWER CONTRACTORS: Independent ‘cold-eyed’ reviews of bids; Assured delivery strategy frameworks; Forensic level analysis & planning/costing support. Hydro, O&G, CCS and Hydrogen experience. We are currently actively planning and advising on two UK hydrogen developments. Assignments of our Strategic Consultants and EPC professionals are available on a flexible basis. All client information and discussions are totally discrete and secure. Our delivery partners in the UK are EES who are highly trained system engineers. The team has long-standing industry experience in the Rail, Automotive, Energy, and Defence Sectors.
