Innovation Learning delivers before-school, after-school, and summer programs that give schools a powerful wrap-around advantage. Founded by educators and parents (not private equity), our programs are built on the Circle of Courage model of resilience developed by Brendtro, Brokenleg, and Van Bockern. This framework, grounded in decades of youth development research, shapes our four Core Values: Belonging: Every child feels connected and accepted.
