Innovation Real Estate Partners ("IREP") focuses on the built environment, placemaking, and developing spaces which encourage and contribute to the collaborative and multi-disciplinary nature of innovation. Fundamentally, spaces which promote social interaction and convergence of different disciplines lead to collaboration and innovation. Physically, these spaces aim to meet the highest levels of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability standards and offer a dynamic mix of uses, including offices, laboratories, housing and amenities in transit-accessible locations, often adjacent to anchor institutions such as leading research universities and medical centres. From the outset of each new project, IREP engages and works in close partnership with key stakeholders, local communities, and anchor institutions to define the vision for the project, in a manner which is sympathetic to its surroundings and maximizes value.
