Innovations in Education, LLC sets the standard for high quality training and consulting for early childhood educators. We provide individualized professional development for family child care providers, childcare center staff, preschool teachers, school age care providers, Head Start and PreK teachers. We also offer a variety of consulting services including curriculum development and program accreditation support. Innovations in Education, LLC employs trainers with many years of experience in early childhood education. Our workshops are based on the most current educational research. We use hands-on experiential learning that supports developmentally appropriate practice. We also offer Maryland Model for School Readiness training, and Infant/Toddler training. We pride ourselves on the ability to develop training to meet your specific needs. Our experienced staff can help write infant/toddler and preschool curricula. We can assist with planning and assessment that incorporates state and national standards. All of our work is based on current research and best practices.
