All organizations are built on People, Processes, and Planning. And just like the game "Whack-a-mole," changes inevitably pop up in these pillars every few months, causing new situations throughout the organization. The question is, where and when will the next situation appear? Usually, these common and recurring situations are left to department managers or area leaders to handle without a clear structure or intentional approach. Unfortunately, when left unattended, these innocent and inevitable situations can evolve into full-blown problems. That's where I come in. I specialize in addressing situations before they turn into problems. I collaborate with a hand-picked group of employees and HR to form a team of internal facilitators. No department is immune from moles popping up, so these facilitators go left and right, up and down in the organization. Together, we establish a culture of intentionality and proactiveness, tackling these common situations across the organization. The positive results include cost savings, increased productivity, risk mitigation, and enhanced employee psychological safety. I am interested in talking to organizations, consultants, and coaches to explore how to get my 30 Conversation Frameworks into their hands and start leveraging the power of structured discussions.
