Since launching in 2008, Innovative Mobile Solutions has acquired business from all over the United States completing quality installations on transportation vehicles to include: school bus, transit bus, paratransit bus, heavy-duty tractor equipment, cranes, 18 wheelers, forklifts, ambulance and more. IMS has a staff of trained professionals with an impeccable installation record that strives for customer satisfaction. From the moment we acquire a customer, our priority is customer service, quality work, and accurate data collection. At the start of each project we analyze the schedule of the customer and collect particulars on the Assets being completed. We work with site management and dispatch to ensure availability and lessen the strain on daily workflow. Our team implements procedures to ensure swift, quality installment of the product. Documentation of serial numbers associated with each system and Asset is paramount in keeping accurate records. In addition to, our technicians photograph every unit completed to ensure the integrity of the install. After installation is complete Assets are clean from any debris created during installation. Upon completion of the project we close out and sign off with the customer confirming the work completed is to their satisfaction. If an issue arises with an installation that was performed by IMS we will work diligently to resolve any concerns, even if that resolution means going back to correct any mistakes that might have been made, we take pride in our work!
