Our solution: Innovative Prosecution Consulting (IPC) equips state prosecutors and other public sector offices with powerful data and AI solutions that enable them to make smarter policy decisions. We seek to partner with public sector agencies and prosecutor offices with our transformational offerings: Strategic Data & AI Consulting: We also offer strategic consulting to support the office needs. We assist in the build-out of data and AI programs. Research: Conduct cutting-edge data-based research that enables evaluation of disparities in prosecutor decision-making (e.g., charging, plea offers) and diversion programs (e.g., Drug Treatment Court, Mental Health Court). Our research team is from American University’s Department of Justice, Law & Criminology. Implementation/Community Engagement: Our policy team helps implement new procedures, gain buy-in, and effect culture change. We partner with the communications team to create a community outreach campaign with updates via videos, podcasts, and blogs. Dashboards: We assist in the development of Tableau software data dashboards, both external and internal. The external public dashboards are intended to showcase to the community the office’s reforms and support transparency.
