We bring the yoga studio to you! Everything you need to infuse yoga, meditation, and mindfulness into your event or special gathering. From conferences to weddings to retreats to the mountains, we go where yoga & meditation are needed. All group sizes. Any length of time, any time of day. Mats & props, scents & sounds, are all available if desired. We created Innovative Yogis to bring wellness into as many lives as possible. We have extensive training in meditation, relaxation, breathing, trauma, healing and psychology, as well as considerable experience teaching at special events. We delight in being able to craft a wellness plan tailored to meet your needs.
