Innovosens 1st product is multi parameter diabetic sensing device, the product is targeted for type 1, type 2, gestational and prediabetes, The sensor will help diabetic patients and care givers understand the multi parameters that contribute to high or low levels of glucose while making meaningful collective analysis of multiple parameters and help predict early signs of hyper and hypo glycemia. The team behind Innovosens is a clever combination of scientists and software engineers. We understand that Diabetes is a growing problem, the numbers are going to increase by 50% by the year 2030, increased no of diabetics results in increased amounts of money spent by the health care in treating the patients with various problems of hyperglycemia like, foot ulcers, angina, CKD etc., Innovosens is envisioning an immense market opportunity for glucose sensing devices or bio sensors, though 90% of market share is captured by big companies for glucose sensing, the market for multi parameter sensing is untapped and leaves a considerable percentage of market for multi parameter diabetic devices. For example only in Sweden 157,549 are hospitalised for treatment of hyperglycemia every year and the cost of accounts around 10 Billion SEK. Innovosens solution is aiming to start with to reduce 1% of the total cost incurred per year.
