About Innpacked
We are a national alcohol licensing and training consultancy specialising in both the design and delivery of training courses and workshops to the licensed and hospitality trade. Our guiding principal is to deliver courses and services that are relevant to our customer’s requirements. One size does not fit all. Most of our course are delivered at public centres nationally or at the candidates own venue with Home Study and e-learning options. We have a broad base of training staff selected from varying backgrounds including licensing solicitors, council licensing officers, ex police officers, care professionals, fire fighters, HSO officers, trade management and ex licensee’s. It is a condition of employment that all our staff have at least ten years of experience in their chosen subject Our course portfolio covers: Licensing courses, including, Award for Personal Licence Holders, Award for Responsible Alcohol Retail and Award in Underage Sales Prevention. Compliance courses, including all levels of First Aid, Health and Safety, Food Safety and Fire Safety, which ensure that not only is your business successful, but is also safe for both your staff and customers. Soft Skills courses including, Up selling, Sales, HR management, Staff development, Customer care, Conflict resolution and Absence management. Other services: We have a licensing department who can help with all aspects of alcohol licensing from personal licence applications to full premises licence reviews. Our procurement department can help our client take advantage of our negotiated purchasing deals for everything from paper clips to cold storage units.
