Inovee AI is pioneering energy efficiency in commercial buildings through cutting-edge artificial intelligence. Our AI-based SaaS product transforms traditional HVAC systems into intelligent, self-optimising networks, delivering industry-leading energy savings of up to 54% in extensive simulation testings. We're creating a universal connectivity solution designed to work with any commercial building - with or without existing building management systems. Our vision includes rapid deployment capabilities, automated thermal modelling, and predictive fault detection, diagnosis & maintenance. We are currently raising our seed round. Francesca Channon – CEO & Founder Francesca conceived Inovee AI during her PhD in AI at UCL as a Windsor Fellowship Scholar sponsored by PGIM Real Estate. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, she gained an early understanding of how businesses drive transformative change. Her career spans sustainable investment due diligence and alternative investments at J.P. Morgan, tech venture consulting, AWM, and quantitative finance. She holds a First Class Honours in Math from Warwick, dual MSc degrees from Imperial College London in Statistics and Applied Biotech/Bioscience, and completed the UK’s leading PhD DeepTech venture program, Conception X. Ahmet Hamdi Güzel - Lead AI Scientist UCL AI PhD candidate, researching generalist RL agents, with prior roles as an AI Researcher at Huawei and senior computational engineer in automotive and electrified-machine simulation—bringing hands-on deep-learning and controls expertise to Inovee. Lead R&D Scientist - PhD Computer Science, 14+ years experience applying AI across energy efficiency, sustainability, and industrial IoT. Led teams on major projects including digital twin-based energy efficiency optimisation (Switchee), decarbonisation modelling (Shell), and autonomous IoT solutions for smart cities (EPSRC).
