After years of self-reflection, I realized my "unsexy" behaviors included emotional unavailability, fear of rejection, and low self-worth. These patterns were sabotaging my relationships and work. These 3 steps are used in our coaching and work: 1️⃣ Recognizing sabotaging behaviors 2️⃣ Rewiring my thoughts to change behaviors and build discipline within meditation, gratitude journaling, and doing healthy body exercises 3️⃣ Redefining my self-narrative, my inner strength, and how to communicate effectively We want to build an empire of people who want to have healthier relationships and not be overwhelmed by relationships.
